The context
In a context where energy management is a major challenge for industry, the optimisation of a compressed air station is a concrete lever for reducing costs and energy footprint. For this customer, we carried out the complete installation of a new 200 kW station, managed from A to Z by our teams.
THE SOLUTION DEPLOYED
Compression
Three variable-speed compressors
An existing CSDX 162 SFC compressor (90 kW) integrated into the station, complemented by two new CSD 110 SFC units (55 kW each). Variable speed continuously adapts production to actual requirements and significantly reduces energy consumption.

Treatment
Dedicated B2B stock
Equipped with the Secopack LS system (latent heat thermal mass exchanger) and energy-saving control, for significantly higher efficiency than a conventional refrigeration dryer.

Supervision
Centralised control with Sigma Air Manager 4.0
The SAM 4.0 system supervises the entire station: operating optimisation, load balancing between compressors, remote control, data feedback and maximisation of energy savings.

Reliable supply
Ducting with warm air recycling recovers the heat generated by the compressors instead of wasting it — a direct improvement in the site’s energy balance.
